We make engraved and custom recognition awards. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing — including engraving and customization fees — are as shown at checkout or as quoted, and may change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but natural materials like crystal and glass vary slightly.
All custom orders require your approval of a digital proof before production. By approving a proof you confirm that all names, dates, spelling, and layout are correct. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Payment is due at the time of order for online purchases. We do not offer Net-30 terms by default; established business accounts may arrange terms in writing in advance.
If you provide a logo, artwork, or text, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce it, and you authorize us to use it to produce your order. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
