Every order is made to order in our Lincoln Park shop, so production time matters as much as transit time. Here's how it works.
Most engraved awards ship within 5–10 business days after you approve your proof. Larger quantities, complex custom work, and busy seasons may take longer; rush service is often available — ask us. Production time begins at proof approval, not at order placement.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via standard ground carriers, with expedited options available on request. Crystal and glass are packed carefully for safe transit.
You're welcome to pick up your order in person, free of charge, at 1627 N. Clybourn Ave, Chicago, IL 60614 during business hours (Mon–Thu 10–7, Fri–Sat 10–6, Sun 12–6). Choose "local pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when it's ready.
We ship throughout the United States. For international or freight shipments, contact us for a quote before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can remake the piece and file a carrier claim. If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
